what's the cost?

The first question that most people ask us is what things cost.

There are so many factors in the cost of producing a website and because we supply a bespoke product, it's hard to give a cost until we know what is needed. However, we have completed a variety of projects spanning budgets of £100 up to £1000 and we can always recommend a solution to suit.

It would be great to talk to you about your website and give you a more accurate quote, but in the meantime, here are a few examples of projects we have completed in the past to give you an idea of what is involved:

Website design from scratch

City of Discovery Brass Band were looking for a new website on a budget. They provided us with photos and content. The website includes a Google Calendar which the band members use to arrange rehearsals. Facebook is used as a simple form of CMS system so that the page remains current.

Website redesign with content copied exactly.

The Dundee Symphony Orchestra website was overhauled for a small budget. Included in the design was the facebook plugin, which allows the members to communicate about rehearsals and concerts. They provided logos, photos and text. Updates are made to this site on a 3-monthly basis.

Website design from scratch.

The Grainger PR website was designed from scratch based on their design. All images and content were created in collaboration with the client for this site specifically. Although the site is basic in its design, it has received many compliments for the simplistic layout. (See what they had to say about Leopard Rock Design)

Website design from scratch

The work for Traffic Lawyer Scotland involved starting from scratch. The client had a number of ideas which were all prototyped. Once the final idea was decided upon, a number of iterations were completed before adding content. All images were provided by LRD for this project.(See what they had to say about Leopard Rock Design)

Website redesign and content update

This website already existed but needed upgrading and new content added. The project involved a redesign of the main page template and the addition of quite a few pages. We also added in various slideshows and the facebook 'like box' for live content.(See what they had to say about Leopard Rock Design)

Website redesign, content creation and backend membership area development

The SCDA project evolved over a number of months and included a complete redesign of the pages based on their design. There is a lot of data about individual clubs and districts and this is now controlled through a semi-automated CMS system. Various items like Twitter and photo galleries were added but in the grand scheme of the project they were relatively minor. The entire site contains over 60 viewable pages and many more downloads and other resources.(See what they had to say about Leopard Rock Design)

Website design including backend section for members; events calendar; photography and logo design; leaflets, flyers and promotional material; software design

The World Saxophone Congress project has been an ongoing contract starting in 2009 when the proposal for the congress was first put together. LRD has been involved in every stage of the development and will be involved right through until the week of the event. (See what they had to say about Leopard Rock Design)
